Care and Composition
All chainmail, clasps, findings and tags are made from 304 grade or 316 grade stainless steel.
Stainless Steel Care:
Stainless steel has extremely high water resistance and tarnish resistance. The high durability of the metal means it is one of the easiest metals to look after and can worn in all activities stress free!
Can be worn in the shower, in freshwater or the ocean. Can be worn in chlorinated water however the chemicals can dull the stainless steel over time (so I do not recommended).
All soldered jewellery is made from a lead-free, non-toxic metal alloy with a composition of 96% tin and 4% silver.
Solder Care:
It is best to remove jewellery before swimming/bathing, heavy exercise, wearing excessive fragrances, oils, sunscreens or exposure to other potentially damaging chemicals.
Soldered jewellery is water-resistant, but under extreme conditions, wear and exposure, it may become tarnished.
If your solder jewellery becomes dull after continuous wear, please shine with a polishing cloth provided with your order. Dulling is completely normal due to skin/ sweat/ natural body buildup.
Resin bone care:
All bone jewellery is coated in UV resin for comfortability and easier care. Resin is water resistant and very strong however wearing in any water is not recommend. Please do not put any chemicals or cleaning products on your resin, for example perfume and hairspray, which can cause the resin to yellow and chip over a period of time.
Please do not leave sitting in the sun.
