What do I do if I ordered my jewellery in the wrong size?

If you purchase an item without measuring correctly first this may happen!

If you notice this mistake after checking out, please contact us ASAP with your order number and correct sizing information. 

If you do not notice until you receive your package, We will happily re-size your jewellery for free if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

(Please note that we cannot cover all shipping costs! So please make sure you order the right size)

 What is your jewellery made from?

All of our chainmail jewellery is made from 100% stainless steel. For more information please refer to the Care and Composition section of our website. 

Can I try on your jewellery in person?

Yes you can! We are stocked across two stores across Meanjin/Brisbane and Narrm/Melbourne.
