Handwoven stainless steel chainmail necklace adorned with a soldered labradorite pendant and spike detailing.

Inspired by the mythology behind the Northern Lights and Labradorite gemstones. 

"In Inuit and Beothuk mythology, Labradorite is said to contain the Northern Lights, or Aurora Borealis, that were trapped in the rocks of Labrador. Legend has it that an Inuit warrior tried to free the lights with his spear, but some remained trapped in the stone. The Innu people called Labradorite "fire stone" because of its resemblance to the Northern Lights"
